The excitement is building for AMC’s adaptation of Interview with the Vampire/Vampire Chronicles, based on the novels of Ann Rice. Admittedly dated as it’s a couple of years old, this YouTube documentary, Blood Genesis, provides an overview of the world of Lestat and other denizens of The Vampire Chronicles. The most recent news on the show, it should be noted, is that actor Sam Reid has been cast as Lestat, the role first played by Tom Cruise on the big screen.
