It what is going to be the first in a series of videos, YouTube user Harry Potter Folklore has launched the umbrella series, “Vampires Explained.” Here is the description they offer: “Despite there being many different vampire franchises, they all have at least one thing in common, they drink blood, but honestly thats about it. Different franchises have different rules for vampires in term of their strengths, weaknesses, how they are created, who they were created from and basically the limitations or overall guidelines they live by. For example, some franchises have garlic and crosses as a weakness, whereas others think it pathetic and laughable to believe those things could inflict any discomfort whatsoever on the undead. Todays video is going to be the first of a series exploring the vampires of different franchises and we’re going to start with my favorite, The Vampire Chronicles.”
